About Course

The Certified Management & Organization Excellence - ASQ course is a course that prepares participants for the ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) exam, which is a credential that demonstrates the ability to lead and champion process-improvement initiatives in various service and industrial settings.
The course covers topics such as:

The principles and practices of quality and organizational management.
The tools and techniques for data collection, analysis, and decision making.
The methods and strategies for planning, implementing, and evaluating change.
The skills and competencies for leading and communicating with teams and stakeholders.

Eligibilities

To be eligible for this certification, you must have 10 years of on-the-job experience in one or more of the areas of the CMQ/OE Body of Knowledge.
A minimum of five years of this experience must be in a decision-making position, defined as the authority to define, execute, or control projects/processes and to be responsible for the outcome.
This may or may not include management or supervisory positions.
You can also claim a waiver for part of the 10-year experience requirement if you have completed a degree from an accredited college, university, or technical school.
